“Kerry is amazing! I'm so happy that I found her to be my makeup/hair stylist for my wedding day. She is great at listening to what you want and also giving you suggestions for what would look good. I don't typically wear makeup and I never do my hair but Kerry made me feel and look so natural. She's really responsive via text too since a few of my bridesmaids had questions, as well as my mom and I. She especially saved the day when my mom wanted a lighter makeup look and fake eyelashes that wouldn't be too much for her. Kerry knew exactly what my mom wanted and was able to retouch her up in a way that my mom loved. 

Refined Beauty Inc was very timely and I was so happy with how I looked and all 4 of my bridesmaids. She's also really easy to get along with so it is as like I was getting ready with my best friends on my wedding day. She even stayed a little bit longer after I was done since I anticipated being very emotional reading the letter from my husband and didn't want to cry off my makeup. Also, her hair and makeup lasted me well into the next day. I even slept with my hair done and makeup on and I still looked pretty good the next morning. “Flora and her team are such amazing people! Each one of my bridesmaids and I absolutely loved our hair and makeup look on the day of the wedding. For someone like me who did not know what I really wanted, Flora really brought out the best features of my hair and face, all while letting me look like myself. I brought in some photos of hair and makeup that I wanted done for my wedding, and she completely nailed it - she tailored the hair/makeup to look natural on me, while maintaining the feel that I was going for. “Flora and her team did an AMAZING job with hair and makeup for my wedding! I had her do my bridal hair and makeup along with my 7 bridesmaids makeup on the big day and everyone looked beautiful. Just a side note: It rained the entire day of my wedding and everyone's makeup stayed perfectly in place and my hair was still beautiful by the end of the night! Flora and her team are very accommodating with what ever style you want for your big day. None of my bridal party really wears a lot of makeup on a regular basis and Flora's team made them look naturally beautiful and comfortable in a full face of makeup. “I am so happy that Flora was my MUA for my wedding day. I wasn't so sure what I wanted as far as make up, but I showed her some pictures from my Pinterest board and she really knocked it out of the park! She struck a perfect balance at using the makeup to enhance my features without it looking overdone. I've had many professional MUA's that just couldn't quite get the hang of working with an Asian face and Asian features. But Flora's work was perfect. Bonus: She doesn't charge extra for air brush and false lashes! As far as the hair, I had somewhat of a complicated request: a side braided chignon for the ceremony which we could convert to a halfup/down style for the reception by pulling out a few pins. To add to the complexity we had hair extension woven into it all.

She really took her time during the make up trial and even followed up that evening to make sure the hair and makeup held up the rest of the day after the trial.

On the day of the wedding, her team was on time, ready and professional. They made my mom and the bridesmaids look beautiful! For me, she recreated the bridal style that we discussed during the trial - she did an amazing job at it and the hair held even through the windy beach ceremony! It looked great after we pulled out the bobby pins to change the style.

Overall I'm super happy she was my bridal MUA. Not only is she a talented MUA, as a wedding vendor, she is the sweetest person and just so pleasant to communicate and work with. All of my emails, questions, and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. As someone who has had experience working in the wedding industry, she had my full trust as a vendor and I am so happy she was part of my team on the day of the event.
